Responsibilities
- Support the development of the Sustainable Community Challenge program, including community mobilization and engagement activities, coordination with partners, and monitoring of projects aimed at sustainable local development.
- Support the development of the Geração 360º Award program through coordination with higher education institutions, research and university extension activities focused on circular economy innovation, and training and mentoring of students from various fields.
- Contribute to socio-environmental assessments in the territories of Orizon units through data collection, field research, interviews, and systematization of information.
- Maintain good relations and coordination with different units and departments within Orizon.
- Support and conduct guided visits as part of the Circular Experience program.
- Monitor the progress of third-party services.
- Prepare, under guidance, spreadsheets, charts, reports, and presentations.
- Comply with the policies, procedures, and standards established by the institution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in: Social Sciences, Communication Studies, Geography, Education (Pedagogy), Biological Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare institutional and educational presentations.
- Collaborative profile with initiative, creativity, and proactivity to propose innovative actions.
- Organizational skills and adaptability to manage multiple demands.
- Sensitivity in relating to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative attitude and team spirit.
- Availability for on-site work and travel.
- Valid driver's license (CNH) category B.
