About the role

• Product Manager managing Private Label projects from inception to launch at mera, a family-run animal nutrition company in Kevelaer.

Responsibilities

• Manage private-label projects from tenders and inquiries through to market launch
• Implement and monitor all project steps according to the project plan
• Independently oversee formulation, design and packaging development according to customer requirements
• Plan and execute marketing activities for private-label products
• Analyze sales and volume development of defined assortments
• Initiate portfolio revisions in collaboration with key customers and brand owners
• Support industrial clients, including coordination of contract manufacturing and order processing
• Provide support to our key private-label customers on all product-range related matters

Requirements

• You understand the interface role within product management and can clearly prioritize and implement requirements from other departments
• Several years of commercial experience, ideally in product management, enabling you to confidently assess business and financial implications
• Proactive and clear communication comes naturally to you — you move topics forward and keep all stakeholders informed
• You organize your tasks efficiently and remain focused even on complex projects
• Knowledge of the FMCG sector helps you accurately assess market and customer expectations
• Experience in product development: you accompany products from concept to launch while keeping all relevant factors in view
• With your good command of English, you communicate confidently at an international level.
