About the role

  • Territory Business Manager responsible for driving product awareness in dermatology. Building relationships with healthcare professionals and achieving sales initiatives within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product awareness and utilization
  • Develop effective relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Utilize knowledge of the marketplace to prioritize opportunities
  • Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales networks
  • Engage with healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information
  • Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs
  • Maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role
  • Preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • High sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientation
  • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance-based, fast-paced, and results-oriented
