Responsibilities
Design and implement the talent acquisition strategy for Product & Engineering in London
Lead and develop a small talent acquisition team
Advise senior leaders on role design, workforce planning, and hiring decisions
Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles
Foster relationships within London’s AI and engineering communities
Partner with senior leadership on hiring strategy and decision-making
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Drive operational excellence using TA tech and metrics
Requirements
Hands-on technical recruiting experience
Experience hiring across Engineering, Product, and ideally AI/ML
Proven history of scaling high-performing squads
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong focus on candidate experience
Ability to thrive in ambiguity
Understanding of Talent as a business lever
Familiarity with Ashby and modern TA tooling and automation (nice-to-have)
Experience with scaling a UK-based tech or AI organisation (nice-to-have)
