About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo/Financeiro offering operational support in a dynamic technology firm. Ensuring organization and control of financial and administrative tasks daily.

Responsibilities

  • Organization and control of office supplies (coffee, cleaning, stationery)
  • Support for day-to-day administrative tasks (Uber, postal services, internal purchases)
  • Support in organizing general office requests
  • Management of invoices (Notas Fiscais)
  • Monthly monitoring of invoice submissions
  • Follow-up to ensure timely invoice submission
  • Organization and archiving of received invoices
  • Updating control spreadsheets
  • Updating operational spreadsheets (e.g., clients and projects)
  • Support in updating the financial system (Controller)
  • Organization and verification of financial information
  • Organization of financial and administrative documents
  • Support in the control and filing of invoices and documents

Requirements

  • High school diploma (currently enrolled in higher education is a plus)
  • Previous experience in administrative or financial routines
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and proactivity
