Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Resolve incoming support requests promptly
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
  • Actively participate in IT process and systems improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in macOS (Windows knowledge a plus)
  • Identity and device management (e.g., Azure AD, Jamf, Intune)
  • Enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Atlassian products)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving within Mac and macOS environments
  • Experience orchestrating high-production all-hands events
  • ServiceNow experience for IT service management (ITSM)
  • Attention to detail and customer-first mindset
  • Process improvement and vendor management experience
  • Mentoring junior team members and managing IT projects as a bonus
