About the role

Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that specifications are met.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for IT systems and training materials for end users.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the company is leveraging current best practices.
- Implement and maintain security systems to ensure the protection of data and network infrastructure.
- Provide expertise in budget planning and cost estimation for IT projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 12 years of related experience; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH POLICY BILLING SYSTEMS
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred
