About the role

  • Commercially helping drive direct and indirect opportunities – maximizing the commercial outcome whilst delivering compelling commercial propositions to our customers
  • Supporting global sales functions in defining the appropriate service offerings and pricing to respond to customer requirements
  • Develop and implement an action plan specifying a strategy for increasing SLA sales revenue including a targeted account list
  • Be able to sell both directly and in conjunction with channel partners (agents, distributors, system integrators and dealers)
  • Develop sales, marketing and support strategies with these partners
  • Manage the implementation of these strategies
  • Provide activity reports to the Executive Director of Customer Success and Sales on each account contacted, forecasted business and planned activity
  • Lead customer negotiations across both commercial and contractual terms
  • Develop appropriate relationships with various support departments in the company

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial / financial / legal/ contract management
  • Ability to understand and draft SLA contractual clauses
  • Sales experience of negotiating complex and large service packages
  • Understanding of service organisations and industry standards
  • Highly competent with all Microsoft packages, with the ability to use complex formulas in Excel
  • Experience desirable using CRM systems, especially SalesForce.com
  • Articulate and well presented
  • Assertive but personable and able

  • Polished communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Able to work flexible hours as deadlines require
