About the role
- Group Procurement S2P Product Specialist at Ontex managing S2P platform operations and overseeing Coupa post-implementation. Training users and ensuring compliance in procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the Coupa S2P platform post-implementation.
- Involvement in the initial implementation project.
- Provide training and support to both internal users and external suppliers.
- Ensure process compliance and third-party risk management within the platform.
- Drive improvements and automation based on business needs and feedback.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant by experience.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management with a focus on S2P systems or similar technology solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of the source to pay processes, S2P platforms (Coupa) and systems integration.
- Coupa experience is a plus.
- Analytical and result oriented.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
- Knowledge of Dutch or any other European language is a plus.
- Willing to travel on occasional basis to manage processes and systems implementations and conduct trainings.
