Responsibilities

  • Deploy new hardware and infrastructure services with an obsessive focus on accuracy and industry best practices.
  • Assertively manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

  • Solve deep-tier technical issues, performing root-cause analysis rather than just treating symptoms.
  • Identify inefficiencies in recurring customer issues or documentation gaps and proactively engineer solutions to fix them.
  • Implement security-first configurations; you are the gatekeeper of our clients' digital integrity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of MSP Helpdesk experience
  • 1+ year of intensive ticketing system usage
  • Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (Network+, Security+, or higher preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on logical urgency and impact
  • Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, professional advice for clients and internal teams.
