About the role

  • Store Manager responsible for managing and developing a retail team in Osnabrück. In charge of merchandising and store activities to drive sales and improve performance.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate daily store operations
  • Develop and advance your team through training and mentoring
  • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines
  • Plan store activities
  • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
  • Conduct financial and performance analysis of the store
  • Proactively drive sales

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail; store management experience preferred
  • Strong numerical aptitude and solid commercial/business acumen
  • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in fashion and trends
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
