- Oversee ONLY shops in the Eastern Switzerland region and report to the Retail Manager
- Manage and drive store performance based on KPIs
- Jointly responsible with Store Managers for growth and sales
- Responsible for recruiting new staff in collaboration with Store Managers and the recruitment team
- Respond quickly to changes in the operating environment
- Communicate fluently in German and English
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Area Manager and resident in Switzerland
- Good command of English
- Leadership skills and experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive attitude and a strong understanding of the importance of leading by example
- Completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector
- Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of the market
