Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in system administration.
Demonstrated proficiency in Windows, Meraki and macOS environments.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Entra, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 admin.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, particularly within the Microsoft 365 suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and different departments.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, JAMF Certified Associate) are a significant advantage.
