  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers and support them in scaling IQA across the organization to improve production processes and achieve measurable results.
  • Leverage your expertise in manufacturing processes and your understanding of customer pain points to identify how IQA can become a key value driver for the customer.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s manufacturing data and design reliable, efficient data-processing workflows to ensure correct and continuous data capture in IQA.

  • Excellent language skills (English and German, C1).
  • Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings or industry events (approx. 2–4 on-site visits per month).

Benefits

  • A culture built on transparency, integrity, and authenticity.
  • A fast-paced, agile environment where you can take on as much responsibility as you are ready for and actively shape our marketing and market access.
  • A team that genuinely cares about collaboration and workplace culture: we regularly reflect on our teamwork, invest work time in team building, and intentionally create balance in daily work life.
  • The opportunity to contribute to climate protection by helping industrial manufacturers become more efficient and reduce their CO₂ emissions, while we deliberately pursue our own environmental responsibility as a climate-neutral company.
  • All the perks that make work more enjoyable: flexible working hours, part-time options, remote-work possibilities, regular team events and offsites, 30 days PTO, weekly yoga sessions, the Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club membership, and more.
