About the role

  • Director of Incentive Compensation leading a team to design and execute sales incentive compensation programs for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine. Engaging with partners to drive performance and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team in IC design & program execution, pulling through organizational sales & marketing strategies
  • Engage with business partners to identify critical business issues and lead in development of solutions
  • Establish thought leadership and innovation in IC principles and ensure appropriate consistency and knowledge sharing across Janssen TAs
  • Lead and develop a large diverse team
  • Manage vendors in the achievement of key milestones, deliverables and contract performance measures
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, Masters preferred or equivalent
  • 10 years of relevant experience is required
  • Expert knowledge and experience with incentive compensation practices or operational processes that have similar emphasis on accuracy, timeliness and efficiency
  • 5-7 years of people management experience
  • Experience leading and developing diverse teams
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Expert in maneuvering within a matrixed organization and building productive collaborative relationships
  • Commitment to developing functional thought leadership and innovative solutions
