Responsibilities
The Digital Transformation Portfolio Lead plays a critical orchestration role in managing the overall digital transformation portfolio for JJIM Therapeutic Development & Supply (TDS).
Ensure portfolio-level visibility, alignment, and readiness across a truly transformative set of initiatives.
Provides the structure, governance, and proactive oversight needed to keep the portfolio moving forward.
Coach teams, ensure stage gate readiness, and chair governance forums.
Work across TDS functions and partner closely with Data Science, Digital Health, and IT to enable execution of the digital roadmap.
Identify risks, recommend interventions to mitigate issues or accelerate progress.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field is required
Minimum 10 years of experience in program or portfolio management or Agile/Scrum leadership is required
Demonstrated success in enabling transformative digital initiatives within complex organizations or traditional “brick-and-mortar” settings
Strong ability to manage interdependencies and anticipate risks across multiple initiatives
Proven experience in governance leadership and stakeholder engagement.
