About the role

  • Financial Analyst providing financial reviews and training to clients and team members. Engaging with Consulting Teams while handling various client financial needs in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial review for all size clients
  • Create financial review packages and procedures for all size clients
  • Work with and train Team Members in areas of financial analysis, reporting packages and deliverable skill sets
  • Participate and assist Producer and Consulting Team in client meetings with financial requirements of clients
  • Handle presentation of financial data to clients with the Consulting Team
  • Provide written insights on financial deliverables
  • Interact with Consulting Teams regularly, both via Zoom/Teams and in person
  • Attend regular meetings with the Analytics Team, both via Zoom/Teams and in person

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
  • Proficiency in financial analysis
  • Familiar with Benefit insurance coverage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat or ability to learn this program
  • Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition required at all times
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
