About the role

  • Service Excellence Manager at OneAmerica Financial maximizing profitability through customer and broker relationships. Enhance sales communication and coordinate renewal processes in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize profitability by servicing and retaining the in-force book of business
  • Lead activities aimed at deepening relationships with customers and brokers
  • Enhance relationships with sales reps, underwriting and brokers
  • Serve as the primary point person after business implementation for brokers and policyholders
  • Actively participate in renewal delivery, plan design changes, re-enrollments
  • Operational maintenance of inforce accounts

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of service related or sales experience in Employee Benefits
  • Associate or bachelor's degree recommended, high school diploma required
  • Position requires life and Health license
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and interest in learning
  • Detail oriented
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
