Responsibilities

  • Leading, developing and inspiring General Managers across your region
  • Driving performance across all revenue streams, including food, beverage and experiences
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards and operational excellence
  • Using data and insight to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • Building strong, engaged teams with a clear focus on development and succession
  • Supporting new site openings and business growth initiatives
  • Acting as a key link between operations and central support functions

Requirements

  • Proven multi-site experience within leisure or hospitality
  • A strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
  • Passionate about guest experience and premium service standards
  • A confident, credible leader who develops and retains great people
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable operating at pace
  • Flexible and willing to travel across the South
