Responsibilities
As a Co-Founder for Growth Marketing & Business Development, you will develop the market strategy, build partnerships and sales channels, and raise One Roof's visibility within the industry.
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue generation.
Lead and coordinate the marketing team to optimize campaigns and achieve maximum reach.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and strategic partnerships.
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments.
Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders and partners to foster company growth.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for networking on social media
Digital affinity: understanding of digital platform economies, data analysis, and growth strategies across social networks
Willingness to learn and work with digital marketing tools (CRM, analytics, SEO/SEA, social media)
Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities
Ability to develop strong partnerships and expand networks to achieve business goals
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and use data-driven approaches to increase reach and impact
Sensitivity for brand building, storytelling, and community management
Structured working style and enjoyment of taking on responsibility
Understanding of Transformation Design, sustainability, and social impact
