About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal requirements, ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001) and GDPR regulations
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of ISO standards: gap analysis, needs assessment
- Maintain compliance records: risks, non-conformities, DSARs (Data Subject Access Requests), information assets
- Support privacy impact assessments (PIA)
- Conduct internal audits and produce audit reports in French and English
- Oversee and facilitate the handling of complaints in accordance with procedures
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001, demonstrated through operational experience
- Proven experience conducting internal audits
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations and associated compliance mechanisms
- Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written (international environment)
