About the role

• Lead Developer in a fast-growing scale-up developing a construction RSE platform. Collaborate on technical solutions and usability while mentoring the development team.

Responsibilities

• You contribute to the technical development of our solutions, ensure end-to-end technical coherence, and define architecture and quality standards.
• You lead, support, and upskill the development team to ensure reliable, high-performing, and sustainable deliveries.
• Define the target architecture for the short, medium, and long term, and document decisions (Architecture Decision Records - ADRs).
• Drive technology choices and arbitrate trade-offs (performance, security, cost, maintainability).
• Maintain a technical roadmap (6–12 months) aligned with Product & Engineering objectives.
• Establish and enforce development standards (coding style, tests, security, observability).
• Monitor and improve quality: test coverage, instability, technical debt.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of software development experience.
• 2–4 years of technical leadership experience.
• Strong command of the team stack: Node.js, TypeScript and Java.
• Solid experience in distributed architecture, performance, security and observability.
• Very good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and multi-level testing.
• Expertise in API design, data modeling and optimization.
• Minimum B2 level of English in an international environment.
