About the role

- Define the target architecture for the short, medium, and long term, and document decisions (Architecture Decision Records - ADRs).
- Drive technology choices and arbitrate trade-offs (performance, security, cost, maintainability).
- Maintain a technical roadmap (6–12 months) aligned with Product & Engineering objectives.
- Establish and enforce development standards (coding style, tests, security, observability).
- Monitor and improve quality: test coverage, instability, technical debt.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of software development experience.
- 2–4 years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong command of the team stack: Node.js, TypeScript and Java.
- Solid experience in distributed architecture, performance, security and observability.
- Very good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and multi-level testing.
- Expertise in API design, data modeling and optimization.
- Minimum B2 level of English in an international environment.
