About the role

  • Sales Representative in the lighting sector focused on customer acquisition and relationship management. Engaging with various industry sectors and developing lighting solutions from a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Targeted acquisition of new customers and development of long-term customer relationships
  • Advising and supporting industry and commercial clients, public authorities and organizations, as well as planners, architects and installers
  • On-site assessment of existing lighting installations at customers' and prospects' premises
  • Development of concepts and solutions for indoor and outdoor lighting in collaboration with our solution-design team
  • Conducting sales and contract negotiations

Requirements

  • Technical training or commercial training with a technical background
  • Ideally, sales experience in the lighting industry
  • Solid lighting-technical and commercial knowledge
  • Goal-oriented working style, professional appearance and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
