About the role

  • User Experience Designer leading user research and interface design for web-based applications. Collaborating with IT teams to deliver high-fidelity prototypes and ensure accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user research activities, including 8–10 user interviews and 2–3 usability testing sessions per 2-week sprint
  • Produce comprehensive user research reports summarizing findings from interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Develop low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review
  • Audit and update existing screens to ensure brand consistency and inclusive design principles
  • Create design documentation, including style guides, component libraries, and hand off specs that ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or Graphic Design
  • Five (5) years’ experience in User Experience (UX) designs of web-based applications
  • Four (4) years’ experience designing compliant webpages per accessibility standards WCAG 2.1 Level AA or higher
  • Five (5) years’ experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
  • Three (3) years’ experience in information architecture and design
  • Two (2) years’ experience in user experience design in an agile development environment
