- Project management: independently managing projects in the field of technical operations management for offshore wind farms.
- Onboarding & continuous improvement: onboarding new clients and continuously enhancing existing performance analyses.
Requirements
- Completed technical or scientific degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
- Additional qualifications in project management are an advantage
- Knowledge of offshore wind energy, the energy sector, or renewable energies is desirable
- Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external service providers
- Analytical skills to identify root causes and performance cases
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and service teams
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills
