Responsibilities
Analysis and problem solving: identifying disturbances and root causes of faults (performance cases) and developing sustainable solutions to optimize plant availability.
Technical optimization: designing and implementing technical measures to increase efficiency and improve performance.
Monitoring & Reporting: monitoring relevant KPIs such as energy production, availability and costs.
Deriving recommendations for action and preparing client reports as part of operations management contracts.
Project management: independently managing projects in the field of technical operations management for offshore wind farms.
Onboarding & continuous improvement: onboarding new clients and continuously enhancing existing performance analyses.
Requirements
Completed technical or scientific degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
Additional qualifications in project management are an advantage
Knowledge of offshore wind energy, the energy sector, or renewable energies is desirable
Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external service providers
Analytical skills to identify root causes and performance cases
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and service teams
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German language skills
