- You are completing or have just completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling and Finance and are looking for your first professional role?
- We are seeking a commercial Trainee (m/f/d) in Controlling/Finance for our Berlin location to prepare you for a subsequent role within our company — starting immediately.
- We are offering a 12–18 month trainee program and are looking for candidates to join now.
- Trainee program featuring challenging projects at various domestic and international locations, following an individualized trainee plan with the aim of transitioning into a permanent, long-term position.
- A varied role with exciting tasks both on construction sites and in the office.
- Gain insight into the structures and the diverse technical and commercial areas of our Group.
- Develop your professional and personal skills through targeted assignments and participation in workshops.
- You will gain exposure to a range of commercial and technical areas across our Group, with a focus on Controlling/Finance.
- Build a company-wide network through events with executives and other trainees (m/f/d), including a social day and support from a mentor.
- Assignments in other European countries to broaden your intercultural skills and language abilities.
Requirements
- University degree with above-average grades in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, specializing in Controlling/Finance.
- Initial professional experience through internships, working-student positions or prior vocational training is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in commercial/financial topics combined with analytical skills.
- High social competence and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, willingness to learn and high motivation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Fluent German and good command of English.
