Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Business Units in allen kaufmännischen Fragestellungen.
- Verantwortung für die monatlichen „BU-Checks“ und Besprechung relevanter Kennzahlen mit den Niederlassungen.
- Prüfung von Projekt- und Gemeinkosten, überfälligen Forderungen, Investitionen sowie Ergebnissen.
- Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen und Mitwirkung an der Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse.
- Überwachung des Budgets und der Personalkosten sowie Vorbereitung der quartalsweisen Forecasts.
- Direkte Berichterstattung an die kaufmännische Leitung.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL), des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Unternehmenscontrolling, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen.
- Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit SAP.
- Grundkenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
