Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or a related field).
- Several years of relevant professional experience in management or strategy consulting (full-time).
- If Bachelor’s degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience.
- If Master’s degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience.
- Solid project experience within consulting, including involvement in business development activities such as project acquisition, proposal processes, or lead generation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites (multiple times per week; strongly dependent on client and project).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Initial leadership experience and an existing client network in the automotive or adjacent industrial sector (nice to have).
