Responsibilities
As a Civil/Project Engineer in Structural Engineering, you are responsible for the planning, calculation and technical implementation of steel structures and foundations for overhead line masts, actively contributing to a secure grid infrastructure and the successful implementation of the energy transition in Germany.
You independently design and calculate steel structures and foundations for overhead line masts (110 kV to 380 kV) on behalf of all major German energy suppliers and transmission system operators.
You prepare and review execution drawings with great attention to detail and ensure that all technical and safety-relevant requirements are met.
During the tender phase, you prepare tender documents and actively support project acquisition.
You create system plans, carefully check workshop drawings and approve them for execution.
You maintain close communication with our clients to coordinate technical details and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
A successfully completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering, Structural Design (Structural Engineering), Infrastructure and Environmental Engineering, or a comparable course of study.
You have already gained experience in structural design and static calculations with a focus on steel construction, reinforced concrete and geotechnical engineering, preferably in the area of overhead lines or related infrastructure projects.
Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Experience with structural analysis programs such as RSTAB, RFEM or similar tools, as well as knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, is an advantage.
