About the role

  • Project Assistant in the Project Management Office at an engineering firm. Supporting organization and coordination of project activities at the Cottbus location.

Responsibilities

  • You organize appointments, meetings and discussions while keeping deadlines and processes in view
  • You manage filing, handle follow-up reminders and support the manager and the team in daily operations
  • You prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with care and an eye for detail
  • You support internal projects and contribute to smooth operations through your commitment
  • You conduct research on defined platforms and actively support the prequalification process
  • You coordinate workshops, trainings and internal meetings – from preparation through follow-up

Requirements

  • Vocational training in business administration (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Office Communications Clerk)
  • Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication skills and discretion
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and spoken German; English skills are a plus
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
