Responsibilities
- Create and maintain effective communication flows, ensuring alignment and engagement across internal channels;
- Manage content and reputation on employer brand channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, Medium, etc.);
- Coordinate work with communications agencies, ensuring technical quality, tone of voice, and adherence to deadlines;
- Support the planning and production of communication and culture rituals;
- Assist internal client teams with their communication needs;
- Collect and analyze audience and engagement data from channels and rituals;
- Generate dashboards to support the team’s decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in Internal Communications and Employer Branding;
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Ability to interact across all organizational levels and influence so that communication achieves defined strategic objectives;
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change;
- Ability to manage projects in an agile, fast-paced environment;
- Creativity to propose innovative solutions and strong hands-on execution skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively in a team;
- Intermediate English.
