Responsibilities
- Completing various finance and technical accounting responsibilities within Group reporting and Insights
- Delivering high-quality financial reporting, governance, and control over Employee Share Schemes
- Overseeing IFRS 2 and share trust accounting processes
- Ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
- Leading optimisation initiatives and providing mentorship to junior staff
- Preparing and reviewing high-quality financial statements for share trusts
- Maintaining detailed reconciliations and understanding trust movements
- Supporting external and internal audit
Requirements
- CA(SA) with 10+ years post article experience
- At least 3 years with relevant experience
- Work experience within OML essential
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS and financial reporting
- Experience in Financial Services essential
- Advanced computer literacy with strong systems aptitude
- Ability to manage complex senior‑level stakeholder relationships
