- Mobile Financial Services Representative delivering exceptional client experiences and sales within Costco locations for CIBC. Engage clients, process transactions, and promote digital banking options in a self-managed role.
Responsibilities
- deliver an exceptional client experience to support CIBC’s vision of leadership in client relationships and increased client loyalty
- proactively engage clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities
- complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts
- provide high-level information on other products within the scope of the agreed product mix with Costco
- refer clients for non-deposit account advice and servicing conversations to the appropriate Banking Centre
- thrive in this role if you are entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable working in a self-managed environment
- process valid transactions, complete all related documentation on time
- maintain and ensure client confidentiality at all times to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- open or close the kiosk at the start or end of business hours may be required
- promote and demonstrate the use of digital banking options
