About the role

  • Job Architecture Specialist ensuring governance of job architecture at Old Mutual. Collaborating with multiple teams for job profiling, design, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • accountable for the end-to-end design, integrity, and ongoing governance of Old Mutual’s Job Architecture
  • full ownership of the enterprise-wide jobs catalogue, ensuring that job families, levels, and role profiles remain accurate, current, and aligned to organisational design principles and business strategy
  • design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of job families, capability frameworks, job levels, and standardised role profiles
  • ensuring the consistency, fairness, and relevance of all role structures
  • working collaboratively with the Organisation Design team, HC Business Partners, Reward, Talent Management, and business leaders

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • At least 3yrs related enterprise wide work experience
  • Workday HRIS platform knowledge and experience advantageous
