Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, organization, and delivery of high-quality proposals and other written deliverables
- Assist in the coordination of proposal activities across technical and business development teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions
- Manage training processes and materials and assist with content development efforts
- Review solicitations to identify compliance requirements, key deadlines, and deliverables
- Support the proposal team in scheduling, progress tracking, and version control
- Coordinate the collection and organization of proposal content and supporting materials
- Manage internal review cycles and support final proposal submissions
- Assist in organizing and updating shared communication resources
- Coordinate technical communication training schedules, logistics, and communication with participants and trainers
- Collect and incorporate feedback to improve training and delivery methods
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Microsoft Word
- Ability to read and understand complex engineering and regulatory documentation to ensure clear and concise communication
- Strong organizational skills, project execution skills, and detail orientation
