About the role

Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementation of projects in the areas of conference technology, video conferencing and sound reinforcement across various scales
  • Project coordination and alignment of all activities with end customers, suppliers, planning offices and other trades involved in the project
  • Scheduling and allocation of personnel and materials within the project
  • Reliable point of contact for our customers throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Cost control for the project and personnel
  • Monitoring and technical evaluation of the executed work
  • Project reporting and preparation of project documentation
  • Creation of plans, block diagrams, rack layouts and cable lists
  • Preparation of quotations and change orders in the ERP system
  • Ensuring compliance with all occupational safety and quality requirements

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Information Electronics Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or Event Technician, with several years of professional experience in media technology, IT or event technology
  • Ideally, prior experience in project management
  • Ability to work independently, strong team skills and organizational talent
  • Friendly and professional interaction with our customers
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams)
  • Willingness to travel; driver's license class 3/B is required
  • German language skills (spoken and written) and knowledge of English
  • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • High commitment, flexibility and team spirit
