Responsibilities
- Ведення AI-ініціатив на всіх етапах — від ідеї до продакшен-релізу в різних департаментах (content, marketing, support)
- Формування та пріоритизація AI-roadmap разом зі stakeholders
- Побудова масштабованих, повторно використовуваних та інтерпретованих моделей
- Забезпечення відповідального використання AI (data ethics, privacy, explainability)
- Найм, менторинг, розвиток та підтримка team members
- Прийняття технічних рішень, що напряму впливають на бізнес-результати
- Взаємодія з продуктовими командами, інженерами та DevOps-командами для інтеграції AI у робочі процеси
Requirements
- 5+ років у прикладному AI/ML
- Успішні кейси запуску моделей у продакшен
- Досвід з генеративними моделями / LLM (OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
