Responsibilities
You analyze the complex business processes of our clients and delight them by developing individual and creative solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service).
By analyzing specific requirements, you identify innovative ways to digitize customer processes and develop corresponding applications with the Microsoft Power Platform, taking into account the standard functionalities of the individual Microsoft modules.
You serve as the technical point of contact for our clients and support the conception, development, and quality assurance of D365 solutions.
You present confidently in client workshops and presentations.
You are part of a balanced project team of technical experts and business stakeholders with whom you discuss and design state-of-the-art architectures.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s or comparable degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have initial experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly the Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
You possess solid knowledge in extending Dynamics standard functionalities using the Power Platform (including developing process automations with Power Automate).
You can assess when plugin development with C# or UI customizations with JavaScript are required, and you have solid experience in their implementation.
You enjoy working in a team, are open and communicative, and demonstrate a high degree of independence.
You drive your responsibilities forward independently and with motivation, and you think beyond conventional solutions when solving problems.
You have excellent German language skills (level C1) and enjoy working in German-speaking project teams.
