About the role

  • Associate Software Developer working with automation and engineering processes at Intermedia. Collaborating with teams to improve operational workflows and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute controlled account/data fixes using safe, version-controlled processes.
  • Handle incoming technical requests through the ticketing system (no side-channel work).
  • Use REST APIs (SOAP is a plus) for diagnostics and controlled changes. Create or update small automation scripts (Python preferred).
  • Assist with AI-based automation (e.g., MCP servers, Playwright workflows).
  • Document processes, maintain runbooks, and share operational learnings.
  • Collaborate with engineering on tooling improvements and automation ideas.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support, QA, DevOps, or similar (or strong technical educational background).
  • Basic familiarity with .NET, APIs, and version control (Git). Scripting knowledge — preferably Python.
  • Experience with automation/testing tools (Playwright is a big plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and work with structured engineering processes.
