About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for customer acquisition and lead management for Objektkultur Software GmbH. Collaborating with marketing and leveraging AI technologies in software consulting.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for acquiring new customers across Objektkultur’s entire service portfolio.
  • You evaluate and develop leads from initial contact through to handover to the PreSales team.
  • You use multiple channels for acquisition (cold-calling, social selling, direct outreach at events).
  • You work closely with Marketing and qualify inbound and outbound inquiries.
  • You build a network and identify potential contracts.
  • You continuously monitor market and industry trends and derive sales activities.
  • You actively support initiatives and campaigns with a focus on market needs and current customer requirements.
  • You measure your success by your lead generation and incoming orders.

Requirements

  • You consider yourself a hunter with proven sales experience.
  • Ideally you have experience or exposure to the software industry.
  • You are a goal-oriented, success-driven networker.
  • You are open-minded and eager to dive into exciting topics related to software consulting.
  • You are open to using AI-supported technologies and leverage their potential in your daily work.
  • You have excellent spoken and written German and English (C1 level).
