About the role
- Senior Product Manager driving product strategy and roadmap for GovTech software development at Objective. Collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver outstanding products.
Responsibilities
- Owns product strategy and annual roadmap– including compilation of market and competitor dynamics, sales performance and financial data, ROI analysis against market opportunity and coordinating road mapping activities that inform driving initiatives.
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap based on a detailed understanding of the vision, priorities, and requirements.
- As part of the product team for planning and building solutions you will provide input into setting the product strategies.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and act as an internal expert on competitive products, market, and technology trends.
- Provide insight into regulatory frameworks that Local Government operate within.
- Evaluate product opportunities, define , and communicate the product vision to achieve company objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of market problems and the existing customer base and pipeline for Objective’s planning and building solutions.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver outstanding products. Clearly define phased product releases and sprint deliverables.
