Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for controlling our business cases and assess the financial performance of our business units.
You will further develop our existing company-wide controlling and produce meaningful reports with relevant KPIs for management, banks, and investors.
You are responsible for our liquidity planning and ensure that cash flow, financing, and refinancing are always monitored.
You will develop financing and refinancing strategies that support our long-term growth.
You are the central point of contact for financial processes and results and prepare decision-making materials for management.
You act as an interface to other departments, particularly in revenue, budget, and liquidity planning processes, such as our monthly Sales & Operations Planning process.
You define, optimize, and automate our finance processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and transparency.
You will lead our Finance team.
Requirements
You have a degree in economics, finance, controlling or can otherwise demonstrate your skills.
You have several years of experience in controlling.
You have experience in the finance function of a company with physical products and understand the relationships between inventory flows, margins, and liquidity.
You are an Excel expert and know how to visualize data appropriately for different audiences.
You have a solid understanding of accounting and ideally have experience working with DATEV.
With excellent teamwork and communication skills, you collaborate successfully with diverse stakeholders.
You work reliably and consistently, striking the right balance between attention to detail and the big picture.
You think entrepreneurially and are eager to develop a holistic view of the entire company.
Initial leadership experience is a plus; more important to us are your potential and motivation to dive into the role.
