About the role

  • Head of Sales developing and executing offline sales strategies for Oatsome in the DACH region. Leading the sales team and driving retail expansion while building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the offline sales strategy in the DACH region.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy together with the team.
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
  • Secure existing listings and expand distribution.
  • Identify and manage strategic key accounts.
  • Build long-term partnerships and analyze market trends.

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience — ideally in FMCG or the food sector.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
  • Ability to inspire others and stay composed in challenging negotiations.
  • Make data-driven decisions and confidently analyze KPIs.
