About the role

  • Managed Services Engineer responsible for supporting client IT environments with a focus on Microsoft cloud and on-premises technologies. Collaborates with clients, providing management, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site support for client environments
  • Perform regular health checks, monitoring, and patch management
  • Act as Level 1 and Level 2 support for system and network issues
  • Collaborate with project teams for system upgrades and migrations
  • Document system configurations and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Server/Desktop infrastructures
  • Administration of Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams environments
  • Azure infrastructure services familiarity (virtual machines, networking, identity management, and security)
  • Level 1 and Level 2 support capabilities
  • Great troubleshooting skills
