Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and bridge the gap between technology solutions and business objectives
Work directly with stakeholders to understand workflows and identify transformation opportunities
Lead strategic blueprint sessions with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Conduct assessments of customers' eDiscovery operations and workflows
Develop operational models aligning with customer business objectives
Re-engineer workflows to eliminate waste and improve quality outcomes
Translate business requirements into tailored solution designs
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations
Educate customer teams on transformed processes and best practices
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery operations, legal technology, or legal services
Deep knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and its practical application
Proven understanding of how corporations, law firms, and legal service providers manage discovery workflows
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, case law, and industry standards governing eDiscovery (FRCP, data privacy, information governance)
Demonstrated success leading business transformation or process improvement initiatives
Strong business process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering capabilities
Experience conducting current-state assessments and designing future-state operational models
Ability to develop compelling business cases with quantified value propositions
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
Outstanding facilitation and presentation skills for workshops, executive briefings, and strategic sessions
Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
Excellent written communication for documentation, proposals, and strategic deliverables
Understanding of legal technology platforms, review tools, and eDiscovery software solutions
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and operational outcomes
Familiarity with integration points across legal tech ecosystems (case management, matter management, data repositories)
MBA, JD, or advanced degree in related field
Working knowledge of Nuix solutions including Workstation, Automate, Investigate, Discover
Professional certifications in business analysis (CBAP), or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
Experience with change management methodologies
Background in management consulting, especially with Big 4 or legal technology consulting firms
Track record of thought leadership through speaking, writing, or industry association participation.
