Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operation of applications – monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution
- Continuous development & optimization: gather and prioritize requirements, implement changes and releases
- Responsibility for the entire application lifecycle – upgrades, migrations, and documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for external developers and service providers
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are met; support 2nd/3rd-level support
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in application management, ERP applications (preferably SAP)
- Technical understanding, including databases, interfaces/integrations, and cloud services
- Process knowledge (e.g., ITIL or agile methodologies)
- Analytical thinking and structured way of working
- Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- Experience in both traditional and agile project management
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
