About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, and company guidelines regarding the safety of visitors and carriers coming on and leaving our facility.
- Communication and coordination with other departments relating to deliveries and visitor appointments.
- Communication with loading and receiving crews for timely coordination of incoming and outgoing loads.
- Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards always.
- Cross-train in Production to ensure preparedness for transition into a Production position when eligible.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts, nights, and holidays.
- Aptitude to learn various computer applications to support the shipment of finished goods.
- Highly detail oriented, organized, and capable of working in a steady-paced environment.
