Responsibilities
- Create regular and accurate data and analytical reports to support other functional roles in delivering Supply Planning Processes
- Support Category, GBS, and Plant Processes by ensuring that KPI-focused dashboards are available
- Prepare data analysis and share insights around non-complex scenario planning
- Provide an analytical and data-based approach to key Planning Processes, including Additional Volume Requests, Weekly Direction Settings, Kellanova Sales & Operations Planning and Execution
- Provide input into root cause analysis reviews to ensure that post-analysis around areas affecting service are understood
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate
- Proven experience in the supply chain planning domain and performing data scientist activities
- Familiarity with using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, APO) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of database design, Visual Basic for Excel, and Power BI is a plus
