About the role
- Hotel Sourcing Agent supporting the execution of hotel sourcing and contracting strategy for event accommodation. Responsible for expanding partnerships and securing competitive terms aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key hotel partners
- Serve as a central point of contact for all hotel partners
- Conduct regular communication with hotels
- Monitor partner engagement
- Coordinate and distribute hotel RFPs
- Review, compare, and analyse hotel proposals
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Maintain and update all contract records
- Monitor hotel performance
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel contracting, travel procurement, or hospitality sales. (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel rate structures, RFP processes and distribution systems.
- High attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
