About the role
- Requirements Engineer analyzing business processes and translating them into requirements for document management systems at NTT DATA in Zurich. Collaborating with agile teams to model document and business processes.
Responsibilities
- You analyze existing processes within the business departments and translate them into clearly structured, functional requirements for modern document management systems
- You take responsibility for the systematic collection, documentation and maintenance of requirements throughout the entire development process
- You work closely with development, business units and stakeholders in an agile team
- You model document and business processes using BPMN 2.0
- You support the implementation of input and document processes through to successful integration into existing system landscapes
Requirements
- Several years of experience in requirements engineering within the insurance sector, ideally with a focus on document management (DMS)
- Solid knowledge of insurance products, processes and document flows
- Experience with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Practical experience implementing input management solutions, preferably DocProStar, and knowledge of modern software architectures with a service layer
- Excellent German skills as well as good English skills and strong communication abilities
